Guide to printing on promotional product
DIGITAL COLOUR TRANSFER
Ideal for creating personalised t-shirts and bags, it is one of the most popular branding techniques at AMPM Promo. With proper care, the print can last for months, even years. The print stays true, wash after wash.
SCREEN PRINTING
This branding process works best on promotional items made of 100% cotton such as t-shirts. When printing is done correctly, the printed designs will last longer than the t-shirt itself.
PAD PRINTING
Ideal for objects made of hard materials, this branding process is excellent for a variety of promotional items, including pens, mugs, tumblers, can openers, bottles, and office supplies.
EMBRODIERY
This branding process is a classical means of decoration that offers an ornate, professional and refined finish that never fades. It can be used on any material that is penetrable; mostly fabrics and leathers.
APPLIQUE VS. REVERSE APPLIQUE
This branding method has a high-quality finish; laser cutting process is used to achieve a great amount of detail that could not be accomplished with any other method.
LASER ENGRAVING
With finished products that can last for years, this branding process uses laser machines to engrave your business logo or message. It is suitable for various materials, such as metal, acrylic, glass, wood and more.
UV FLATBED
A very versatile branding process, UV Flatbed is capable of printing a wide array of materials, including textile, plastic, acrylic, glass, ceramic, metal, wood and more.
SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Can last a lifetime when done correctly, this branding technique is suitable for items made of 100% polyester and nylon with a white surface. It involves the transfer of ink using heat onto objects made of plastic, paper or fabric.
SILICON MOULDED TRANSFERS
This branding process is one of AMPM Promo’s many capabilities and methods for rubber parts. It is best suited for apparel, sportswear, and caps in particular.
