Shipping

Shipping is available only within New Zealand. Shipping outside New Zealand will be quoted and charged extra.

Pickup option is not available. Online orders only.

Standard shipping is charged on all orders while checking out. Express shipping may be available on certain orders for an additional charge. If you need Express shipping to be applied, please inform us while placing your order.

Production times stated on each product page are estimates only and vary according to manufacturer. You should advise us ahead of time if you need the items by a particular time of day. Unless we are notified otherwise, we assume that the standard production time is appropriate. Also, please note that we reserve the right to adjust delivery times based on your needs. In other words, we may change the ship date by a day or so in order to accommodate a customer with a rush request. We will notify you immediately if we choose to do so.
